Home Nest provides smart home automation, monitoring, and observability capabilities. The Application allows users to:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account
Maintain the security of your authentication credentials
Monitor your smart home devices for proper functionality

Not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Home Nest and its source code, documentation, and associated materials are owned by the Application developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal or internal purposes.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Home Nest may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, home automation protocols, IoT devices). Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Home Nest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Nest and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, property damage, or personal injury resulting from smart home automation
Service interruptions or data loss
Unauthorized access to your home network or devices
Any other damages arising from your use of the Application

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Nest and its developer from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of the Application
Your violation of these Terms
Your smart home devices' actions or failures
Any third-party claims related to your automation configurations

8. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Application. You may terminate your use at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
